- Late arrival will reduce your treatment time and the full rate will still apply.
- We require a 24hour notice for cancellation. Otherwise a 70% cancellation fee of the full treatment price will be charged.
- No cheques accepted. Debit & credit cards are welcome.
- Please respect all our guests right to relaxation. Ensure that mobiles are switched of or on silent mode during treatments.
- Management and staff are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged valuables, nor cash or personal items whilst making use of the Spa facilities.
