Our Services

I am from Germany and residing in Cape Town. Several months ago, I was diagnosed with the early stages of prostate cancer. This was devastating news to me and my family.  I had heard about the successful experiences of a growing number of people, choosing Whole Food Plant Inspired lifestyles. I endeavoured to investigate it and made one of the best decisions of my life. I was prayerful and motivated. My conditioned necessitated that I make an immediate change to my lifestyle. Rika Griffiths

Rika spent 21 years climbing the Corporate ladder, just to realize the ladder is against the wrong building.

She entered the fitness industry 11 years ago and had 3 successful Curves franchises where she was personally involved in coaching and counselling members. "There is no greater reward than making a difference in people's lives."

3 years ago her husband was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer and that impacted their lifestyle dramatically, unfortunately it was too late for Bruce.

Through this experience, the need to offer a holistic solution to people with lifestyle challenges were birthed. "I thank the Lord for the vision and are blessed to be surrounded by and work with,likeminded people specializing in the different disciplines / aspects of what we have to offer. Providing a 360 rejuvenation for our guests and clients in mind, body and spirit. A unique approach to health and healing."

Thereze Barnard

Thereze, is a certified massage therapist and qualified in different massage therapy modalities. She also completed her qualification as a Bootcamp Instructor through Trifocus Fitness Academy.

She is passionate about life and health, being inspired by the words of Dr Bruce Daggy, "let's build wellness rather than treating disease." Thereze strongly believes in nurturing the whole person; physically and mentally through healthy eating, exercise and relaxation, as this is essential to a healthy and happy life.

Her life motto is: "Nothing will change if you change nothing. Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. One goal at a time." She is determined and dedicated to motivate and encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle and sustain it.

Ziva Spangenberg

Ziva Spangenberg is the Author and Publisher of several publications, her latest book/journal published, Nothing Else Matters has just been released. With a BA Honours Degree in Counselling and a Masters Degree in Nutritional & Wellness she started OneLife Health and Wellness in 2018. Ziva travel and host Health and Weightloss seminars all over the country.

The cornerstone principle of her business OneLife is Healing by God’s Design and Living by God’s Design, bringing balance between Soul, Body and Spirit. Ziva also works in collaboration with Rejuvenate X360 sharing the same values and etics of a healthy lifestyle.

Dr Johan Carstens

Dr Johan Carstens is the Founder and Director of I-OPUS Institute for Research and Development. He is an accredited Extraordinary Lecturer at North West University and Research Fellow at the University of the Free State – South Africa.

He is also the author of a number of books including: "Out of Darkness into the Healing Light". Johan also does Business Coaching, is a Life Strategist and Functional Therapist.
